Each day unfolds gently, guided by the wisdom of the five elements and the pulse of the body and the nervous system. We will explore yin yoga, breath (pranayama), acupressure points, Polyvegal Theory and embodied awareness, creating space for deep rest and subtle transformation.
This is an invitation for wild souls coming together in kinship and curiosity, sharing meals, stories and stillness beneath the Portuguese sun. It’s an invitation to move, cook, and breathe together — to laugh, to listen, and to rediscover the joy of simple connection. Around the table, in the water, and on the mat, community becomes a living practice — one that nourishes the nervous system and reawakens trust in belonging.

5 DAYs immersion in yin yoga & polyvegal toning .
Over five slow and soulful days, this Yin Yoga and Polyvagal Toning immersion blends retreat and training in equal measure. Rooted in the five elements, we’ll explore the meeting point of stillness and science — how Yin practices, breath, and acupressure can support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. Each day we’ll balance theory with embodied experience, weaving lectures, guided practice, partner work, and reflective integration. You’ll leave with practical tools to bring Polyvagal awareness into your classes, sessions, or personal life, and receive a 25-hour Yoga Alliance Professionals accredited certificate. A retreat for those who want to deepen their practice, expand their understanding, and return home both grounded and inspired.

Join us on the wild Atlantic coastline in southern Portugal for a gathering that weaves nourishment for the mind, body, and soul. Through Yin Yoga and Polyvagal Toning, you’ll find space to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. Around the fire with kindred souls, we create a safe, heart-centered space where vulnerability is welcomed and authentic connection can flourish. Participants also receive a 25-hour RYA Certified Teacher Training Certificate, supporting both personal growth and the skills to share these practices with others.
