An invitation to explore your Internal Family System, guided by Victoria in this workshop in Aljezur. An invitation to gently turn towards those stories. To meet the parts of you that carry them. To listen and observe, rather than fix.
Rooted in nervous system awareness and the meeting point between psyche and soma, this is a space to explore, feel, and allow new perspectives to emerge.
