We all carry stories about who we are, how we relate, and what’s possible for us. Often they live so close to the surface we don’t even realise they’re shaping our lives.

Next month I am hosting an Internal Family Systems & Somatic Practice Workshop in Aljezur. As an invitation to gently turn towards those stories. To meet the parts of you that carry them. To listen and observe, rather than fix.

Rooted in nervous system awareness and the meeting point between psyche and soma, this is a space to explore, feel, and allow new perspectives to emerge.
