Hi, I’m Victoria, Tori to friends

I’ve spent my life exploring both the world and the inner landscapes of the heart and navigating the challenging, sometimes messy, parts of life that hold our deepest wounds.

Life can feel overwhelming. You may feel pulled in different directions, stuck, or held back by an inner voice that tells you you’re not enough. You are not alone, and there is a way through.

I am a certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist with six years of training, an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and additional training in EMDR and CCPT + CCPTII who i was lucky enough to be guided by Ariel Schwartz.

I work with clients experiencing CPTSD, PTSD, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, and the effects of emotional abuse and unhealthy family dynamics. My approach combines IFS, holistic psychotherapy, and yoga practices, creating a holistic, grounded framework to support healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Whether online or in person, I offer a safe, held space to explore and transform the patterns that shape your life. Together, we work toward clarity, balance, and a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.

I also lead workshops and retreats, blending psychotherapy, yoga, and mindfulness practices for immersive experiences that support personal growth and emotional healing.

Based in Portugal and working with clients worldwide, I hold a space that is compassionate, professional, and deeply rooted — supporting you to navigate fear, heal old wounds, and reconnect with your true self.
